"I'll refresh tired bodies, I'll restore tired souls"

Jeremiah 31:25

Jesus is the ultimate healer. He revitalizes us and restores meaning to our lives. He brings us into balance and guides us to be the best we can be. God, our heavenly Father, heals through us so that we can serve others and spread His message of love. We are inspired to reach out to others for God's glory. We are blessed with eternal life and abundant grace in exchange for simply believing in and relying on Him. What a privilege it is to show our gratitude by treating our bodies and health with respect.

The Health and Wellness Ministries of the Colts Neck Reformed Church supports, within a Christian context, a focus on the holistic care of mind/body/spirit. It is a vibrant ministry full of happiness and healthy programming.  Other programs offered include a Chronic Illness Support Group, and Canning Workshops, Cancer Support Group and Holy Yoga.

Through Church Based Mental Health Services, a project of Churches Improving Communities, the church  provides low cost mental assessment, referrals and, when appropriate, solution-focused psychotherapy.

Questions about the Health and Wellness programming can be directed to Dianne O'Hara.

holy yoga

Holy Yoga (HY) is an experiential worship of our glorious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Come honor Him through movement at any or all of our scheduled classes. They are for all skill levels, for men and women, for anyone who would like to deepen their faith and improve their wellness. All adults are welcome regardless of their mobility, flexibility and strength.  Modifications are possible with all of the poses.  Dress comfortably (and appropriately for an activity held at a church) so you can move with ease.

Once we are able to open our doors and welcome you back in, Join us in our beautiful Yoga Room, located on the lower level of the Ministry Center, to participate. Holy Yoga
